Lead UX Strategist

We are recruiting a Lead UX Strategist to lead the development and rollout of a scalable UX framework across international digital products.

In this role, you'll work closely with the UX Manager and global teams to define and implement best-practice design systems, driving a consistent, human-centred user experience across platforms.

The Role:
  • Develop and scale UX frameworks for a portfolio of digital products.
  • Define and evolve design systems and governance models.
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration with UX leads, engineers, and product teams.
  • Champion human-centred design and data-informed UX decision-making.
  • Translate customer research and usability testing into strategy and standards.
  • Ensure UX practices align with Agile delivery methods and business goals.
Key Skills Required:
  • 8-12 years' experience in UX, with 5+ years in a strategic or lead role.
  • Proven experience across complex digital ecosystems and design system development.
  • Strong skills in stakeholder engagement, facilitation, and global collaboration.
  • Proficiency in tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Suite.
  • Experience working in Agile teams across multiple time zones.
  • A passion for human-centred design, usability metrics, and continuous improvement.
  • Degree in Human Interaction Design, UX, Computer Science, or related discipline.
