About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Superintendent - Materials Management Leader to join our team at ClearCompany. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the management of inbound and outbound freight, coordinating repairable items, and providing warehousing services to our operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Leadership and Management: Provide strategic leadership and guidance to the Materials Management team, ensuring the safe and efficient management of materials and inventory.
  • Inventory Control: Develop and implement effective inventory control processes to minimize stock levels and optimize storage capacity.
  • Logistics and Supply Chain: Manage the coordination of repairable items, including off-site repairs, and ensure the timely delivery of materials and equipment.
  • Warehousing and Distribution: Oversee the provision of warehousing services, including receiving, storing, and dispatching materials and equipment.

Requirements

  • Leadership Experience: Proven experience in a leadership role, with a strong track record of managing teams and achieving results.
  • Inventory Control: Strong knowledge of inventory control principles and practices, with experience in implementing and managing inventory control systems.
  • Logistics and Supply Chain: Experience in managing logistics and supply chain operations, including coordinating repairable items and managing inventory levels.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders and team members.
