About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Superintendent to join our team at PHE, a leading provider of industrial electrical and instrumentation installations and operational support services. The successful candidate will assist the Project Manager and lead a team of supervisors to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Undertake project-specific tasks as directed by the Project Manager
  • Lead a team of supervisors to ensure successful project delivery
  • Lead by example in maintaining a safe working environment
  • Report task status, including forecast outcomes, to the Project Manager
  • Maintain records of work-in-progress and communications in line with project management methodology
  • Evaluate bid specifications, review plans and drawings, and formulate an overall estimating and pricing strategy
  • Complete daily and weekly reports
  • Participate in and inform project planning and auditing activities
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years experience in a Supervisory role
  • Previous experience in Mining Construction
  • Mining Supervisor (S123) desirable but not essential
  • Microsoft Office 365 applications including Teams, Excel
  • Experience in the use and interpretation of Project Scheduling software (MS Project or Primavera)
  • Quality Management experience
  • Budget management experience
Desirable Qualifications
  • Trade Certification / AQF Cert Level 3 Electro Tech
  • NT Electrical License
  • High-risk work License (with WP class) desirable but not essential
  • Working at Heights (Completed in the last 16 months) desirable but not essential
  • Current CPR/LVR (within the last 9 months)
  • Current Unrestricted C Class Driver's License
  • White / Blue Construction Card
