  • Significant Mine Planning Experience
    • Deep understanding of mine planning strategies and value drivers
    • Experience in leading mine planning teams and developing mine plans
  • Excellent Communication and Leadership Skills
    • Ability to influence various stakeholders and communicate effectively
    • Experience in leading and developing high-performing teams
  • Technical Skills
    • Working knowledge of AutoCAD, Deswik, and Microsoft Office
    • Experience with value-chain optimization and mine planning processes
