Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in an events supervisory role, with a proven track record of success.
- Previous experience in running weddings and corporate conferences, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage and handle high-end clientele.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on collaboration and open communication.
- Valid NSW RSA and a valid visa of at least 6 months.
