About the Role

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the face of our Centre, providing an exceptional customer experience for our customers. You will act as a key liaison between Centre Management, the Customer Service Team, and our customers, ensuring seamless communication and resolving any issues that may arise.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with Centre Management and the Customer Service Team to ensure seamless communication and effective issue resolution.
  • Contribute to sales operations and requirements, including data entry, sales contract updates, and system maintenance.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, Centre Management, and the Customer Service Team.
  • Stay up-to-date with sales and marketing activities, providing support as needed.
