Sales and Business Development Professional

As a Sales and Business Development Professional at CHEFIN, you will play a key role in driving commercial growth and expanding our presence in the market. Reporting to the Commercial Director, your primary responsibility will be to convert leads, acquire new clients, and develop relationships to achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:- Sales Strategy: Develop and own a go-to-market sales strategy to achieve sales targets, focusing on converting leads and acquiring new clients.
- Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients, understanding their business needs and matching them with our unique catering solutions.
- Business Development: Identify and approach suitable new business prospects using our CRM system, LinkedIn, directories, and partner channels.
- Account Management: Manage a portfolio of existing clients, providing exceptional service and ensuring their needs are met.
Requirements:
- Degree-level qualification preferred, but not essential.
- A minimum 2 years+ B2B sales experience, ideally within event, hotel, online platform, advertising, or related industries.
- Strong presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work autonomously after initial onboarding.
- Motivation and personal ambition to learn and succeed.
