Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Global Sales Development Professional to join our team at Heat and Control Inc. in Northmead, Sydney.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build relationships with new customers and foster existing ones across the food processing and packaging sectors in NSW and globally.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth and revenue in medium to long-term business relationships.
  • Liaise with various stakeholders, adapting to unique requirements as needed, and contributing to a collaborative work environment.
Requirements:
  • 4+ years of experience in sales and marketing technical/engineering equipment, preferably in the food processing and/or packaging industry.
  • Demonstrated pipeline management, sales, CRM, and account management expertise.
  • Mechanical qualification/aptitude is essential for success, though proven experience without qualifications will be considered.
  • A track record of consistently reaching sales targets.
  • Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Intermediate to advanced computer literacy and experience with CRM reporting.
  • The initiative to act beyond specific job responsibilities to achieve objectives.
  • The ability to prioritise and effectively manage time to optimise results.
Work Environment:
  • Working within the Sales Team at our Sydney office, located at Northmead, Sydney.
  • Free onsite parking available.

Estimated salary: AU$80,000 - AU$110,000 per annum, depending on experience. We encourage candidates with a strong background in sales and mechanical aptitude to apply.
