
Global Customer Service Specialist

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Global Returns Associate. As a key member of our global returns function, you will be responsible for delivering world-class customer service by efficiently managing inbound returns and ensuring accurate order completion.
You will leverage your strong analytical skills, exceptional organization, and clear communication to enhance the customer experience and operational efficiency. Your ability to build and maintain subject matter expertise of Axon processes and solutions related to this role will be crucial in driving process improvements and maintaining quality databases used by our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Function as the quality administrative representative to Global Returns.
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right processes/tools
- Build and maintain subject matter expertise of Axon processes and solutions related to this role
- Act as an individual contributor in the development of process improvements
- Maintain Quality Databases used, such as Jira and Confluence
- Develop, Assemble and implement testing or data recovery equipment needed for Axon Products
Requirements:
- 1-2 years administrative experience with programs like SAP, D365, or other warehouse management systems.
- Good sense of root cause analysis and problem solving
- Excellent communication and organization skills.
- Experience in Reverse logistics
