We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Care Specialist to join our team.
As a key member of our support staff, you will provide exceptional service to our global customers, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and efficiency.
Main Responsibilities:- Customer Support: Handle complex customer enquiries, providing timely and effective solutions.
- Subject Matter Expertise: Serve as a knowledgeable resource on systems, policies, and products, supporting colleagues and customers alike.
- Internal Escalation: Act as the first point of contact for escalated issues, working closely with the Customer Care Manager to resolve problems promptly.
- Team Development: Share knowledge and best practices with the team, contributing to continuous improvement and growth.
- Training and Development: Train new starters and supervise employees at lower levels, assisting in the delivery of training courses.
- Proactive Problem Solver: Demonstrate strong communication skills, with the ability to analyze and resolve complex issues efficiently.
- Customer Journey Expertise: Possess a deep understanding of the customer journey, enabling informed decision-making and improved customer satisfaction.
