Customer Service Representative

- Deliver consistent, professional customer support via phone and email
- Track and manage freight consignments to minimise delivery failures
- Prepare and process consignment notes, scanning, and proof of delivery documents
- Proactively communicate with customers regarding any service issues or delivery delays
- Conduct customer training for TGE online platforms
- Investigate and resolve service exceptions in a timely manner
- Record and update incidents and resolutions in our internal systems
- Collaborate with operations and dispatch teams to ensure smooth service delivery
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Previous experience in customer service or logistics (preferred)
- Calm and professional manner when dealing with difficult situations
- Confidence in navigating multiple systems to retrieve and verify information
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy
- A positive attitude and team-first mindset
- Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively under pressure
