We are seeking a motivated sales superstar to lead our team at Seven Hills store. As a Sales Team Leader, you will have the opportunity to develop your leadership skills and drive our store to continued success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the Store Manager to drive the store and team to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) and sales targets
  • Lead by example in creating exceptional customer service experiences while achieving personal sales targets
  • Contribute to the development of team members through feedback and training
  • Maintain awareness of stock movement to provide high standards of stock management and shrinkage control
  • Merchandise to showcase our range of products in line with promotional setup guidelines
  • Operational requirements including stock replenishment, ticketing of stock, customer repairs, general housekeeping and retail business administration tasks
