AMA GROUP AUSTRALIA is seeking an experienced Panel Team Leader to join our team in Seven Hills. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the workshop and maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Ensure a safe working environment for all staff
* Process vehicles upon arrival
* Assist with the ordering and receipting of parts, paint, and consumables
* Manage the repair process to ensure timely, cost-effective, and quality repairs
* Manage production to meet productivity targets and customer expectations
* Assist in managing the site to ensure profitability and customer satisfaction
* Oversee housekeeping within the workshop

**Requirements:**

* Previous experience in a similar management role within the collision repair industry
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to set and adhere to deadlines
* Demonstrated ability to problem-solve
* Strong organizational skills and ability to delegate tasks
* Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
* Ability to motivate, manage, and get the best out of your team
* Strong commitment to working safely
* Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
