Administrative Assistant

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Receptionist for a 12-month maternity leave cover, with the possibility of extension beyond this period. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a supportive environment with our client at Recruit Personnel.
Your key responsibilities will focus on Reception duties and encompass Dictaphone typing and general administration tasks:
- Greet patients and assist with enquiries
- Schedule patient appointments efficiently
- Handle phone calls, messages, and enquiries
- Ensure timely follow-up on patient referrals
- Provide professional communication both in-person and via phone
- Dictaphone typing and general administrative duties
Essential Skills & Experience:
- Previous experience as a Receptionist in a professional setting
- Proficiency in Dictaphone typing
- Excellent phone manners and communication skills
- Professional, friendly approach with patients
- Ability to manage appointment bookings and follow-up tasks efficiently
We offer a competitive salary of £28,000 per annum, paid lunch breaks, and 35 hours of work per week with payment for 40 hours. Parking is also available on site.
