Job Overview


Gaming Laboratories International (GLI) is seeking an Administrative Assistant to support our Client Services team in our Sydney office.


Key Responsibilities



  • Provide administrative support to local management, including coordinating meetings, arranging travel, data entry, filing, and special projects
  • Coordinate and assist in the preparation of meetings, presentations, and reports, as assigned
  • Collaborate with global teams to support business development plans or specific initiatives
  • Interact with clients and third parties in a professional manner
  • Assist with completing expense reports, as assigned
  • Participate in tradeshows, conferences, and roundtables, as assigned
  • Create and share updates and reports with marketing and sales departments

Requirements



  • A minimum of two (2) years of previous experience in a related position is required
  • Proficiency using Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is required
  • Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision
  • Ability to effectively read, write, and speak English fluently
  • Ability to handle and organise multiple projects and deadlines
  • High degree of attention to quality, details, and correctness

Location and Schedule


This is an in-person, full-time position based out of our Sydney office, requiring normal hours Monday through Friday, 37.5 hours per week
