About Hubstaff

At Hubstaff, we are a dynamic team looking for an exceptional Executive Administrative Assistant to support our Director in an online work-from-home arrangement. This is a flexible part-time or full-time position with variable hours between 5 to 40 hours per week.

About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and efficient individual who can manage tasks effectively while maintaining excellent written and verbal communication skills. The ideal candidate will have experience as a Personal Assistant (PA), Virtual Assistant (VA), or Executive Assistant (EA), although this is not essential.

Responsibilities include creating documents and spreadsheets using Microsoft Office software, such as MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. A background in creating graphs and charts would be beneficial. The successful candidate will also possess strong interpersonal skills, be reliable, and have fast internet access with a reliable PC or laptop.

Requirements
  • Personal Assistant (PA), Virtual Assistant (VA), or Executive Assistant (EA) experience preferred but not required
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office software, including MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Good attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Reliable internet access with a reliable PC or laptop
