Job Title: Sydney Administration Assistant

Location: Sydney CBD, NSW.

About the Role

We are seeking a highly capable Administration Assistant to join our team in Sydney. As an essential member of our support staff, you will provide vital administrative and clerical support to our Legal team.

This is a short-term initial contract, requiring someone with an excellent ability to adapt quickly to our environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide a wide range of administrative and clerical support services to meet operational requirements and enhance efficiency.
  • Coordinate diaries for senior management, meetings, training, and travel requirements to ensure operational efficiency.
  • Administer procurement activities, including purchase orders and invoice reconciliation to meet operational needs.
  • Distribute correspondence and circulars to keep managers and staff informed.
  • Create and maintain files and documents in compliance with records management procedures.
  • Gather data to support key management reporting requirements.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Demonstrated experience in providing clerical and administrative support services.
  • Experience in using software packages in preparing correspondence and reports.
  • Strong attention to detail and good communication skills.
  • Procurement experience - creating purchase orders, processing invoices (preferred).
Working Conditions

Candidates must be based in or around the Greater Sydney Area and possess existing full working rights - Permanent Resident or Citizen of Australia.
