**Role Overview**: As a Customer Care Officer, you will play a vital role in fostering a sense of community among aged care customers through regular phone interactions. These conversations help address any concerns, ensure our clients feel supported and heard, and promote overall well-being.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct regular phone check-ins with aged care clients to foster connections and understanding.

- Provide empathetic listening skills to meet client needs and feedback.

- Maintain accurate records of client interactions for future reference.

- Identify and report any concerns or issues to management for timely resolution.

- Support initiatives that enhance client satisfaction and well-being.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
