Job Description:

We conduct comprehensive client assessments and therapy sessions for pediatric to adult clients, tailored to individual experience and interests. Staff will work independently and efficiently, utilizing strong clinical reasoning skills to address both clinical and non-clinical challenges. We liaise with multiple stakeholders to ensure exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough assessments and provide therapy sessions to cater to diverse client needs.
  • Utilize clinical expertise to tackle complex challenges in a timely manner.
  • Foster strong relationships with various stakeholders to deliver top-notch care.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Australian Association of Social Workers Certification and membership (AASW).
  • Professional liability/Public indemnity insurance.
  • Ability to work as a sole practitioner while maintaining strong connections with our clinical teams.
  • Prolonged passion for learning and professional growth.
  • Exceptional communication skills and commitment to upholding high standards of ethical practice.
  • Capacity to provide clinical supervision based on experience level.
