Your Key Responsibilities- Facilitating Social Interaction: You will plan and deliver activities that encourage socialization and community engagement among our residents.
- Providing Emotional Support: You will offer emotional support and companionship to residents who require it, particularly those with dementia or mental health needs.
- Assisting with Daily Living: You will assist residents with daily living activities such as meal times, outings, and personal care.
- Gathering Feedback: You will gather feedback from residents and their families to ensure that our activities and services meet their needs and expectations.
- Collaborating with the Care Team: You will work collaboratively with our care team to develop and implement care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident.
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual who is passionate about delivering high-quality care and services to our residents.
You will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with residents, their families, and our care team.
A relevant qualification in aged care or a related field would be highly regarded, along with experience working in a similar role.
You will also hold a current First Aid Certificate (or be willing to obtain one) and preferably have an Australian driver's license.
