As a health coach, you will be part of our dynamic team, providing phone-based support to individuals at risk of or living with chronic health conditions across Australia. Your clinical environment will be driven by evidence-based practice and supported by ongoing professional development opportunities.

The team currently works in a hybrid model, with flexible work-from-home arrangements available. You will be based at our office in Melbourne CBD.

Your Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting clients in preventative health and managing chronic diseases and comorbidities
- Utilizing telehealth to share behaviour change principles, empowering clients to establish personal goals and implement strategies for long-term health management
- Building partnerships with internal teams to exchange client referrals and promote our services
- Contributing to the improvement of the health and wellbeing of hundreds of Australians

Requirements:
- Qualification in dietetics with current registration
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, including rapport building on first contact
- Experience in managing behaviour change in clients with chronic health conditions
- Enjoyment of phone-based work with a compassionate, empathetic, and professional approach
- Strong administration and time management skills, with proficiency in technology
