Country Road Casual Sales Consultant - Myer Bankstown - NSW

As a Concession Sales Consultant, you'll collaborate with your team to uphold the brand values and drive business results. Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing an exceptional customer experience through great service, excellent product knowledge, and a seamless point of sale transaction.
  • Consistently exceeding customer expectations and building strong relationships.
  • Living and role modeling the CRG values, collaborating with your store team to deliver results, and contributing to team experience.
  • Maintaining a safe and healthy work environment for team members and customers.
  • Understanding the brand and CRG strategy, and how your role contributes to the delivery, demonstrating this in your day-to-day work.
  • Utilizing tools available to stay up-to-date with the latest products and share knowledge with customers.
  • Assisting with the execution of store visual merchandising and store presentation to brand standards.
  • Contribute to the smooth operations of the store through effective management of stock and loss prevention, and providing recommendations to your leader on opportunities for improvement.
