We are seeking a Concession Manager to lead our team in delivering store operations excellence, effective stock management, loss prevention activities, and attracting talent for succession planning. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, budget management abilities, and experience in managing performance, productivity, training, and development of a team.

The successful candidate will have a genuine desire to be part of the Country Road Group, aligning with our CRG values. They will demonstrate a passion for fashion, professional personal presentation, and ability to build and maintain customer relationships by delivering exceptional customer service.
