An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our dynamic retail team at Country Road within the Myer Miranda store in NSW. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and contributing to the growth and success of our brand.

As a valued member of our CRew, you will collaborate with your colleagues to provide outstanding customer service, drive sales, and maintain a safe and welcoming store environment. Your passion for fashion, excellent communication skills, and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team setting will be essential in this role.

About the Role:

  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring customers receive a personalized shopping experience that meets their needs and exceeds their expectations.
  • Drive sales by maintaining a thorough knowledge of our products, recommending items to customers, and making informed product suggestions.
  • Maintain a safe and organized store environment, adhering to Company policies and procedures to ensure a positive customer experience.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales targets, meet customer needs, and maintain a clean and well-organized store.

About You:

  • You have a true passion for fashion and excellent customer service skills.
  • You are proactive, with good problem-solving skills and a natural optimism and helpful enthusiasm.
  • You are flexible and able to work weekends and late trading hours according to business needs and peak trade periods.
