We are seeking an exceptional Retail Concession Manager to join our team at Myer Bankstown in NSW. As a key member of our CRew, you will be responsible for delivering store operations excellence and leading the team to drive sales growth.

About the Role:

  • Lead the team to deliver exceptional customer experiences through effective stock management and loss prevention activities.
  • Coach and provide regular feedback to team members on understanding products and delivering customer-led sales.
  • Attract, engage, and retain talent, building team capability and succession planning for store success.
  • Maintain a safe working environment and promote wellbeing among team members.
  • Build and maintain store rosters, ensuring compliance and balancing customer and team needs.
  • Communicate brand and business strategy to the team and encourage ownership and shared success.
  • Role model CRG values to create a team experience that fosters learning, ownership, and shared success.

About You:

  • A genuine desire to be part of the Country Road Group and alignment with our CRG Values.
  • Demonstrates passion for fashion with professional personal presentation.
  • Strong leadership skills in delivering exceptional customer and team experiences.
  • Ability to manage budgets, interpreting financial reports, and generating efficient rosters.
  • Experience managing performance, productivity, training, and development of a team.
  • Ability to build and maintain customer relationships through exceptional customer service.
