Country Road Retail Sales Consultant Opportunity

As a Concession Sales Consultant, you will be part of a dynamic team focused on delivering exceptional customer experiences through knowledgeable service and seamless execution of operational processes.

  • Key responsibilities include providing an exceptional customer experience through great service, excellent product knowledge, and a seamless point-of-sale transaction.
  • Utilize available tools to stay up-to-date with the latest products and share that knowledge with customers.
  • Contribute to the smooth operations of the store through effective management of stock and loss prevention.
  • Maintain visual merchandising and ensure the store is presented in accordance with brand standards.
  • Live and role-model the Country Road Group values, collaborating with your store team to deliver results.
