Concession Sales Consultant Role at Country Road

About the Role:

We are seeking a Part Time Sales Consultant to join our team in Myer Bankstown. As a Concession Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and upholding the brand values.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding customer service through knowledgeable service and seamless execution of operational processes.
  • Collaborate with the store team to deliver results and contribute to a positive team experience.
  • Actively maintain a safe working environment for team members and customers.
  • Understand and demonstrate the brand and Country Road Group strategy in your day-to-day work.
  • Utilize tools to stay up to date with the latest products and share knowledge with customers.
  • Assist with store visual merchandising and presentation to brand standards.
  • Contribute to the smooth operations of the store through effective stock management and loss prevention.
