Country Road Retail Sales Consultant Job Opportunity

An exciting role has become available at Country Road as we continue to grow and expand our retail network. Join our team in new concession locations across Myer nationally and be a part of the most admired Australian Lifestyle house of brands.

As a Concession Sales Consultant, you will collaborate with your team to deliver exceptional customer experiences through knowledgeable service and seamless execution of operational processes, whilst upholding the brand values.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Deliver outstanding customer service by providing an exceptional customer experience through great service, excellent product knowledge, and a seamless point-of-sale transaction.
  • Exceed customer expectations by consistently providing high-quality products and services.
  • Live and role-model the CRG values by collaborating with your store team to deliver results and contribute to team experience.
  • Maintain a safe working environment for team members and visitors alike, focusing on promoting wellbeing.
  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of the brand and CRG strategy, contributing to its delivery in your daily work.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest products, utilizing available tools to share that knowledge with customers.
  • Assist with visual merchandising and store presentation to maintain brand standards.
  • Contribute to smooth store operations through effective stock management and loss prevention, providing recommendations to leaders on opportunities for improvement.

About the Role:

This is an excellent opportunity to join a leading lifestyle brand, offering a competitive salary of $55,000 - $65,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus generous employee discounts of 40% across all Country Road Group brands.
