About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will provide exceptional customer service to clients, ensuring their needs are met with a high degree of quality and professionalism.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for completing accurate data entry, maintaining relevant databases, and providing basic advice to clients. You will also be required to refer callers to further internal and external services, book appointments via phone consultations, and perform other general administrative duties as needed.

To be successful in this role, you will possess intermediate computer skills, strong attention to detail, excellent phone and customer service skills, and highly developed communication and interpersonal skills. You will also be able to work to and achieve KPIs, manage your time effectively, and prioritize tasks accordingly.

About This Opportunity

This is a full-time opportunity available immediately, with a salary of $65,000 - $75,000 per annum. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a customer-facing role, with strong communication and interpersonal skills. You will be able to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines while maintaining a high level of quality and professionalism.
