You'll be responsible for providing outstanding customer service, identifying customers' financial needs, and educating them on using digital banking solutions.
In this role, you'll have the opportunity to collaborate with colleagues, bring innovative ideas to the table, and continuously improve our services to meet the evolving needs of our customers.
Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 per annum
Job Description: We're seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Customer Service and Relationship Development Specialist. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills in customer service, relationship building, and digital banking solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service through phone, email, or in-person interactions
- Identify and address customers' financial needs, recommending relevant products and services
- Educate customers on using digital banking solutions, improving their online experience
- Collaborate with colleagues to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall service quality
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven experience in customer service or relationship development
- Familiarity with digital banking solutions and platforms
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
