Job Description:

A Career Focused on Empowering Job Seekers

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join our team as a Job Coach. In this role, you will play a vital part in empowering job seekers to achieve their employment goals.

Your key responsibilities will include preparing job seekers for the workforce through our Workforce Australia program, placing them into sustainable employment opportunities, and building relationships with potential employers to create job opportunities.

You will also be responsible for gaining a deep understanding of local labour market needs and skill job seekers accordingly, motivating and encouraging job seekers to find their own employment.

Key Requirements:

  • Strong motivation and drive to achieve customer service and sales targets;
  • Ability to motivate and encourage job seekers;
  • Proven experience working with targets and KPIs;
  • Effective management of a caseload;
  • Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office computing package;
  • Previous employment services experience is highly regarded;
  • Current police clearance (or ability to obtain).
