We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate professional to join our team as an Employment Services Specialist. In this role, you will be working with individuals who require additional support to achieve their employment goals.

The ideal candidate will have experience in customer service or a client-facing role, with a proven track record of building strong relationships with external stakeholders. They will be driven to make a real difference in people's lives through creative problem-solving and collaboration.
About the Role
This is a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where no two days are ever the same. As an Employment Services Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to motivate and empower our clients to take steps towards meaningful employment.
- Encourage and motivate clients through appropriate activities to find their own employment;
- Build relationships with local employers to source job opportunities for our clients;
- Place clients into sustainable employment leading to outcomes;
- Ensure all activity is appropriately recorded, documented and adheres to compliance and/or contractual requirements;
- Provide exceptional service to our clients, employers and internal stakeholders at every stage of the process.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Experience in customer service or a client-facing role;
- Demonstrated experience of working with people overcoming challenges;
- Able to confidently liaise with multiple external and internal stakeholders;
- Confident working towards Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and making placements that result in sustainable and lasting employment for our clients/employers;
