We're seeking passionate and experienced Employment Specialists to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you'll work closely with participants to develop tailored support plans, leveraging the Individual Placement & Support (IPS) Model.
- Deliver comprehensive services that cater to each participant's unique needs, promoting sustainable employment outcomes and overall success.
- Build strong relationships with local employers to create inclusive job opportunities, fostering a collaborative environment.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary professionals, including psychologists, occupational therapists, and speech pathologists, to ensure wrap-around supports for participants' well-being.
- Monitor outcomes, maintain accurate records, and contribute to continuous improvement in service delivery.
As an Employment Specialist, you'll have access to specialist IPS training, collaboration with experienced professionals, and employee wellbeing initiatives, ensuring your growth and success within our organization.
- Relevant Certificate III or higher qualification in Employment Services, Community Services, Mental Health, or related field.
- Experience in employment services, mental health support, or disability services.
- Strong communication skills and ability to build trust with participants, their supports, and employers.
- Business development skills and local employer connections highly regarded.
- Current driver's licence and own vehicle required.
- Ability to obtain all necessary clearances (NDIS, Working with Children, Police Check).
