Our Inclusive Employment Australia program is designed to support participants in understanding their individual circumstances, building confidence and skills, and connecting them with tailored employment opportunities.
**Job Opportunities:**
- Employment Coach: Support participants to identify and pursue their career goals, develop confidence and skills, and connect them with purposeful employment opportunities.
- Inclusive Business Partner/Business Development: Foster strategic partnerships with employers, industry bodies, and key stakeholders to drive employment outcomes and advance the organization's mission.
- Regional Manager - IEA: Lead high-performing teams across multiple locations, ensure KPI and compliance targets are met, and drive strategic growth through quality service delivery and stakeholder engagement.

- Possess a passion for supporting people with disability and contributing to a positive team culture.
- Thrive in a dynamic, people-focused environment and prioritize collaboration and teamwork.
- Are committed to helping others succeed and driven by a desire to make a meaningful impact.
Experience working with people with disability or transferable skills from other sectors such as education, customer service, or coaching are highly regarded.
