We are seeking a passionate and empathetic professional to join our team as a Student Leavers Employment Consultant. In this pivotal role, you will empower school leavers with disabilities or from diverse backgrounds to overcome employment barriers.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone new to the world of employment consultancy or recruitment, eager to make a difference in the disability sector.
About the Role:
- Establish strong relationships with students, families, and stakeholders.
- Deliver engaging capacity building, work safety, and job search sessions.
- Research industries to secure opportunities.
- Liaise with local businesses and potential employers on behalf of our employees.
- Ensure compliance with administrative processes.
Key Requirements:
- Previous experience in recruitment, employment services, or relationship building, or supporting young people/disabled individuals.
- Clear communication and administration skills.
- Current NSW Driver's License (P2 and above) and own vehicle for travel.
