About the Role

This front-line, target-driven position combines case management with proactive employer engagement to create tailored support and career development planning. You will play a vital role in supporting our mission by providing a strong customer experience for participants and employers alike.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build relationships with local businesses through networking, cold calling, and business development initiatives.
  • Collaborate one-on-one with participants to understand their goals, address barriers, and develop effective employment pathways.
  • Match participants with suitable roles and provide ongoing support throughout recruitment, placement, and post-placement care.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation aligned with organisational standards.
  • Achieve performance targets and key performance indicators related to placements, customer satisfaction, and business growth.

About You
  • Proven experience in employment services, recruitment, training, or community services.
  • Demonstrated success in sales or target-driven environments.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a dispersed team.
  • Experience working with people with intellectual disability or other support needs (highly regarded).
