As a Disability Employment Consultant, you will have the unique opportunity to make a significant difference in the lives of others. Your role will be to empower individuals with an injury, illness or disability to become work-ready and find sustainable employment.
The position involves sourcing employment opportunities for job seekers, helping them identify their skills and abilities, and securing employment. You will also be responsible for delivering ongoing outstanding customer service to job seekers and employers, increasing job seekers' capacity for employment through training and other support services, and creating and implementing joint job plans with the job seeker to support a clear pathway to employment.
Key responsibilities include building relationships with local employers and community organizations, identifying and addressing barriers to employment, and developing strategies to improve employment outcomes.
You will work collaboratively with a diverse team to achieve shared goals and contribute to the overall mission of empowering better lives for our employees and those we serve.

**Requirements:**
- Eligibility to work in Australia
- A current driver's licence and comprehensively insured vehicle
- Willingness to complete a Criminal History Check and Working with Children Check
- Ability to pass a medical assessment (if required)
- Full-Time availability, Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm
