Everyday Business Banking supports a wide range of customers' needs, from small businesses to large corporates. Our team manages the end-to-end experience for Cash Management and Merchant Solutions products, as well as Customer Lifecycle Management and the development of leading customer propositions.

We directly support customers through the Transaction Banking Solutions and Payment Technical Sales teams. The Transaction Growth and Propositions team exists to bring the 'best of CommBank' Transaction Banking solutions to customers, meeting their current and future needs.

Our Customer Success team works closely with our frontline relationship teams, specialists, product partners, marketing, compliance, and other support teams to create and leverage sales enablement resources for frontline teams in Commercial Banking, Major Client Group, and Regional and Agribusiness.

We also provide transaction banking specialist expertise and training for frontline teams and customers across these segments (CommBiz training). Our key products and solutions include cash management, online banking, and ecommerce platforms, as well as other payment facilities.

Make a Meaningful Impact

This role is a key enabler for customer success — focused on building deep transaction banking solution capabilities and driving a high-performing sales culture across our Transaction Banking Specialists.

You'll play a pivotal role in helping our frontline not only deliver solutions but educate customers and key stakeholders on the value of transaction banking solutions in meeting evolving business needs.

As part of the Business Banking Transaction Banking Customer Success team, you'll drive initiatives that uplift sales performance, capability, and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

A major focus will be the further development and scaling of our BB and IB Transaction Banking Academy, to meet the needs of the business and our customers.

You'll work closely with Product, Operations, HR, and Frontline teams to design and embed AI-powered enablement, strengthen sales excellence practices, and elevate the productivity and efficacy of the Transaction Banking Solutions team.
