As a Solution Engineering Enablement Partner, you will play a pivotal role in creating and implementing enablement programs that empower sales teams to exceed their targets.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute strategic enablement plans that align with business objectives
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver engaging content and training programs
Establish strong relationships with senior leaders to secure sponsorship and support for enablement initiatives
Contribute to the development of a global SE enablement strategy and lead communication and execution of the plan

Requirements:
A minimum of 10 years of experience in solution engineering and enablement, preferably in the data space
Exceptional business acumen, technical expertise, and sales skills
Deep understanding of database OLAP/OLTP, SQL, and Python
Experience in designing, building, and delivering enablement programs
Ability to lead through influence and manage competing priorities across multiple projects
