A rare chance to contribute to the Australian Air Procurement team as a Commercial Analyst - Air Partnerships. In this role, you will collaborate with a Supplier Relationship Manager to maximize the return on key air deals, track performance, and manage risk.

The Australian Air Procurement team manages preferred relationships with major airlines operating in the AU market, ensuring Flight Centre Travel Group is the partner of choice and has access to extensive Air content on market-leading commercial terms.

The team is responsible for generating substantial revenue distributions back to Leisure and Corporate brands and is a major driver of the FCTG Supply result.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate commercial contract proposals from airlines
  • Support Supplier Relationship Managers during the negotiation phase of contracting with airline partners
  • Track air contract performance and ensure accurate accounting
  • Understand and communicate risks and opportunities on FCTG airline contracts
  • Collect override payments and track debt
  • Forecast and budget
Requirements
  • Ability to build relationships internally and with suppliers
  • Ability to summarize and communicate financial results
  • Use financial data to inform business decisions
  • Comfortable working with large data sets
  • 3+ years of experience in a finance, accounting, or commercial role
  • CA or CPA preferred
