Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Warranty Specialist.

  • The selected candidate will provide expert warranty support to our network, offering accurate and practical advice to assist in the preparation and submission of claims.
  • They will adjudicate high-value and complex claims, ensuring compliance with business guidelines.
  • Assess Prior Authorisation Requests (PARs), working closely with dealer staff, technical teams, and state office representatives to ensure all submissions meet our standards.
  • Collaborate across teams to thoroughly review and understand all factors contributing to Symptom, Behaviour, or Operation (SBO) issues, liaising with suppliers for effective claim resolutions.
  • Monitor and report emerging trends in claims, providing regular feedback to enhance business processes and update communication.
  • Participate in department initiatives, such as updating tools, delivering training, and supporting special projects, to drive ongoing improvements in our warranty processes.
  • Support events and activities, ensuring vehicles are maintained to a high standard.
About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a qualified Automotive Technician with Motor Mechanic trade qualifications and at least 4 years of post-apprenticeship experience.

The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, excellent analytical abilities, and a knack for problem-solving and negotiation.

As a team player, they should work effectively within team environments and excel at building strong relationships with both external and internal partners.
