This is an exciting opportunity to collaborate with various teams, both locally and internationally, while contributing to the continuous improvement of our warranty procedures.
The successful candidate will have excellent analytical abilities, strong communication skills, and a knack for problem-solving and negotiation.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide accurate and practical warranty advice to our network.
- Review and approve high-value and complex warranty claims.
- Assess Prior Authorisation Requests (PARs) submissions.
- Collaborate across teams to thoroughly review and understand all factors contributing to Symptom, Behaviour, or Operation (SBO) issues.
- Monitor and report emerging trends in warranty claims.
- Participate in initiatives to drive ongoing improvements in our warranty processes.
You are a qualified Automotive Technician with Motor Mechanic trade qualifications and at least 4 years of post-apprenticeship experience.
Excellent analytical abilities, strong communication skills, and a knack for problem-solving and negotiation.
