We are searching for a talented individual to join the team at our Volvo Cars Brighton dealership.

This is an additional role to Volvo Cars Brighton due to increased business at our new location in Brighton.

Our dealership is unique, offering our customers an unforgettable experience in the way we showcase and demonstrate our products and service to customers.

In support of this we are now seeking an experienced Warranty Clerk & Service Advisor to join the team.

**The Role**
- Processing Warranty repair orders & invoices from end to end
- Provide warranty support to all service Personnel
- Qualifying complex customer issues for Technicians/Mechanics to review
- Ensuring all Volvo Group warranty process and guidelines are adhered too
- Qualifying and authorising warranty support for customer experience
- Develop and maintain strong interdepartmental relationships
- Develop and maintain strong manufacturer relationships
- Estimating costs, approvals and time for work to be carried out
- Maintaining warranty ledger to minimise audit risk
- Warranty claims processing support

**About You**
- Highly motivated & able to work unsupervised
- Previous experience as a Warranty Clerk - highly regarded
- Strong attention to detail
- Experience with warranty and parts - ideal
- Strong administration skills
- Superior customer service and communication skills
- Professional presentation & phone manner
- Technical/Automotive knowledge
- Exceptional time management & organisation skills
- Honest and reliable
