
Strategic Sales Performance Manager

Accurate short- and long-term sales forecasts are crucial to our business success. Our Sales Analyst plays a vital role in reviewing customer sell out, SKU performance, and minimizing E&O risk.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with cross-functional teams to refine demand plans based on promotional calendars, seasonality, and market conditions.
- Continuously improve sales forecasting accuracy by collaborating with Planning, identifying trends, variances, and market signals.
- Analyze category trends, competitor activity, and market dynamics to deliver actionable insights to sales and marketing teams.
- Identify opportunities and risks through data modeling, scenario planning, and ROI analysis of promotional investments.
Requirements:
- Strong analytical expertise with numerical, data modeling, and reporting capabilities.
- Experience managing forecasts in environments with long product lead times and channel variability.
- Business acumen with understanding of key levers of revenue, margin, ROI, and promotional effectiveness.
- Stakeholder collaboration skills with ability to align and communicate effectively across sales, planning, and finance teams.
- Advanced Excel skills required; experience with BI tools (Power BI, SAP Business Objects, etc.) and ERP/CRM systems (SAP, Salesforce) highly regarded.
