Role Overview

The Strategic Performance Enhancement Specialist is responsible for driving enhanced organisational performance through strategic service reviews and continuous improvement initiatives. This involves expert facilitation and business analysis to ensure services are optimised to meet community needs and organisational goals.

In collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, the role fosters an integrated approach to business excellence and continuous improvement, enabling service optimisation and transformation across Council. The role supports the Community Strategic Plan by proactively identifying and enabling cross-functional improvements that enhance service delivery, customer experience, and operational effectiveness.
