Job Title: Passenger Service Representatives

We are seeking dedicated and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Passenger Service Representatives. As a key member of our airport operations team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • To deliver a high standard of customer service to all passengers, ensuring that their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.
  • To carry out customer service duties and other tasks related to passenger service, including directing passengers to the correct queue and specific areas within the airport.
  • To maintain awareness of safety regulations and company policies to ensure the safety of passengers and employees, taking corrective action where necessary.
  • To report any incidents immediately and maintain accurate records of incidents.
  • To build strong working relationships with colleagues and contribute to a positive work environment.
Requirements:
  • A commitment to upholding the values and operating procedures of our organization.
  • Adherence to all relevant safety, policy, procedure and process requirements.
  • Desirable experience in customer-facing roles and ability to handle difficult situations with clients.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet competing demands and priorities.
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills to support a coordinated approach to customer requirements.
