Job Title: Passenger Service Representative

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that every passenger has a seamless experience at Sydney International Airport. Your main focus will be on providing excellent customer service and support to passengers, making sure they have all the information they need to navigate the airport.

">

This is a permanent part-time position, with a guaranteed minimum number of hours per week. You will work on a shift roster, which may include early morning or evening shifts. While car parking is available, please note that you will be required to be flexible with your start and finish times.

">

Your key responsibilities will include:

">

- Ensuring that you operate in a safe environment and adhere to all Health and Safety policies and procedures.

">

- Welcoming passengers as they arrive at the terminal counter, and politely engaging with them to ensure they have everything they need.

">

- Checking tickets and passenger data to ensure accuracy and completeness.

">

- Issuing boarding passes and educating passengers about airport security protocols and luggage allowances.

">

- Directing passengers to the correct gate for their flight, and representing both the airline and the airport to the highest level.

">

- Safely operating equipment and assets, and performing boarding gate duties as required.

">

- Providing baggage handling services, and liaising with passengers regarding missing baggage.

">

- Completing administrative tasks and maintaining accurate records.

">

Skills and Qualifications:

- A valid driver's license and own transport.

- Experience working in the aviation industry (desirable).
