Airport Service Assistant

We are looking for a skilled and efficient airport service assistant to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work in a fast-paced environment and provide exceptional customer service.
Job Responsibilities:- Deliver safe and efficient service to airport customers.
- Collect trolleys ensuring they are returned to their stations on time.
- Be a point of contact for customers and assist with enquiries, directions and general information.
- Participate in landside operations and stay up-to-date with events around the airport.
- Focus on delivering exceptional and safe service at all times.
- Flexible availability for shift work and ability to work under pressure.
- High attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Well-groomed presentation and strong personal skills.
- Able to pass pre-employment medical and have a valid driver's license.
As an airport service assistant, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. You will be part of a team that is committed to providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of airport activities.
