Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide check-in services to airline partners and their passengers
  • Verify passenger information and issue boarding passes with precision
  • Direct passengers to the correct gate for their flight, adhering to strict punctuality standards
  • Represent the airline and its interests with high standards of customer service, embodying professionalism and courtesy at all times
  • Ensure safe and secure operation of equipment, maintaining the highest standards of efficiency and productivity
  • Perform boarding gate duties and complete passenger marshalling tasks with ease and composure
  • Action basic administrative duties such as report writing, exercising meticulous attention to detail
Essential Skills and Qualifications:

A strong aviation background is highly desirable but not essential, provided applicants possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, coupled with the ability to work well under pressure

A valid driver's license and intermediate Microsoft Office Suite skills are mandatory, along with strong organisational and time management skills

Effective conflict resolution skills and ability to communicate effectively are also crucial for success in this role
