Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with clients to comprehend their specific requirements and oversee claims to ensure a swift recovery process following incidents.
  • Act as the primary contact for clients via various communication channels, serving as the essential link that unifies the claims process.
  • Relieve clients of stress by managing each stage of the claims journey on their behalf, while keeping them informed of progress.
  • Take ownership of a portfolio of claims, exercising autonomy and responsibility in your role.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • A minimum of several years' experience in a Claims Consultant role, with a preference for expertise in domestic or commercial motor claims.
  • A dedication to professional development, including completion or willingness to pursue a Cert IV in General Insurance (funding available if not yet completed).
